Mazamesso Assih, Minister of Financial Inclusion and Informal Sector Organisation, delivered the opening address. Vignon Aboki, President of Togo's GTPME, also spoke, and the opening conference was chaired by Marcellin Zinsou, Managing Partner of Grant Thornton Expertise PME Côte d'Ivoire, on the question "What if we reinvented ourselves for better SME financing?". Jacqueline Lydia Mikolo, Minister of SMEs and Crafts of the Republic of Congo, delivered the closing address.
